I have been working at Kmart part-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Kmart works with your schedule and vacations and schooling. They also do keep asking if you want to come into work, if they need you. They also recognize you for the work you do.

Cons

Two years, no raise. It would be nice to get a raise once in a while.
