Pros

co workers and customers make for a great feeling in this store at times. easy position overall though poor focus from management, short shifts so you never have to spend very long at work

Cons

this store suffers from poor store management never really seems to know what is going on. company tends to push for odd things as the primary focus (credit cards, reward cards, service plans, surveys) without proper staffing for cashiers or anywhere in the store for that matter. store manager is self centered without thanking anyone else for any results

Advice to Management

all your competitors seem to be able to get staffing at the checkouts you need to obsesrve some of these companies to get a better handle on what can be fixed in your stores outdated appearance it isnt a bad thing to refresh the look from time to time

    Pros

I met a couple other part timers there that I became friends with outside of work

    Cons

    - low pay

    - disgruntled management that hated their jobs, and took it out on associates

    - pushing carts in the snow

    - expected to do the job of 5 employees for minimum wage

    - I would have to unload trucks, put out merchandise, push carts, and generally run around like a chicken without a head, while cute 15 year old cashiers got to just stand around and do zero work. And they made the same per hour as me.

    Advice to Management

Your company is dieing. Use your experience to find another management job, and get out while you can
