Kmart – “A company without direction”

Pros

Pay is much better than competitors Walmart and Target (or at least mine is) but that seems to be about it.

Cons

Spend 95% of your time merchandising, just stocking and straightening shelves - expensive insurance packages - bonus is practically impossible to earn

Advice to Senior Management

Give the stores DIRECTION! Everyone is just going through the motions, without knowing what our goals are or what the plan to WIN is.
