Current Employee – been working at Kmart

Pros – Great people to work with and also a customer-oriented environment. Also, the store I work with has well experienced management, with the store manager having over 25+ years under the belt working at Kmart.

Cons – Sometimes the traffic flow of customers can be slow, often leading to employees becoming careless and lazy. Also, if you do not enjoy doing repititious tasks, this job may not be best suited for you.

Advice to Senior Management – The leadership of Kmart is full of well experienced associates. I attended an internship conference recently and had the opportunity to meet with the CEO as well as many of the Senior Vice Presidents. Their sound attitude and leadership skills gives me assurance that SHC will continue to succeed as one of the most reputable retailers in America.
