I have been working at Knight Frank as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

supervisor entrusted me with many important tasks even though I was only an intern. I was even sent on a business trip by the company. Colleagues are friendly.

Cons

The main cons is that there is very little interaction between the departments. Not really able to understand what the rests are doing.

Advice to Management

Spend some time to talk to the junior level employees

Oveall a good company. People are friendly and the back office is very helpful. You will have a lot of flexibility to do your work. Most of the time, there is not much work pressure.

    Pros

Great people, friendly atmosphere, encouraging management, and a developing platform make KF a great company to work for in many ways.

    Cons

The compensation is not commensurate with the time and effort put in daily, especially when compared with our larger competitors e.g. Jones Lang, CB Richard Ellis, C&W, etc.

    Advice to Management

I would recommend restructuring from the top down. The regional partnership is not strong enough to take the company where it needs to go.
