Great experience in the Truckload carrier section of the business. Knight gives you the opportunity to cross train in many different areas, and learn how to be a leader in the industry.

Cons

They tend to make you work numerous hours of overtime without compensation. Sections of the company seem to fight against themselves to achieve thier own goals. There is a lot of finger pointing between departments.
