Pros

Great people, interesting projects, top performers at all levels. CEO has passion and makes a point of getting to know all employees.

Cons

The high performance culture means a lot of work and perhaps pressure on work/life balance. Compensation structure is not always transparent.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Develop greater diversity throughout the organization, particularly at senior levels.

    Pros

    I'm proud to be part of such an innovative and fast growing company that helps organizations seamlessly find and develop their people, and optimimize their talents. The people are smart, but humble unlike many consultants. Experts in each of the companies practice area work closing with their peers in other areas to help address client's unique needs and challenges.

    Cons

    It is a lean and fast growing company which can be difficult for people who are not entreprenuerial and have difficulting dealing with abiguity or the high perfomance culture. Some employees who have worked for larger organizations have difficulty understanding why we can't have all the resources of larger organizations.

    Continue to communicate our vision and unique brand proposition

    Pros

    Salaries are in the high range compared to industry. There are lots of opportunity to work on interesting client projects and expand your skill sets. The local office leaders have autonomy to manage their business and for the most part are competent leaders.

    Cons

    The CEO is moody and unpredictable. His vision is solely based on unrealistic monetary gain. Management by consensus gets in the way of action. The culture supports preferential treatment and favouritism. Senior leaders change their opinions when they realize the CEO has a different opinion.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Walk the talk by embracing and implementing internally the services you sell to clients.
