Pros – Good for freshers to start career with
Cons – Very Small Company
No Proper Vision
Hell lot of politics being small though
No proper recognition
No Professionallism
Poor Salaries
Late night works.
Will be gud for employees referred by Top Management
Advice to Senior Management – Poor Attitude towards the Employees should be avoided.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
