Company is being managed by current management unprofessionally

ProsIt is part of Knorr- Bremse Group and is really very hi tech engineering company and lot can be learnt while working here.

ConsCurrent HR practices are bad, baised and favouring a particular group of persons which is not good for the company in long run.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement should self retrospect and I have not further comments to say
