    Pros

KnowledgeLake is a meritocracy...plain and simple. Do good work, get recognized and rewarded. I think the right workers thrive in environments like this and that's what makes KnowledgeLake a great place to grow a career. There is a high-energy buzz when you come to work, with nice perks, fun employee events and meetings and a positive work atmosphere.

    Cons

For those who aren't used to, or aren't cut out for a high-performance culture, it can be tough to get traction.

    Pros

In the early days, the company was much more enjoyable, profitable, and there was a great deal of teamwork and cohesiveness among the teams. Those company traits have waned considerably over the past four years, since becoming a wholly-owned company of PFU.

    Cons

Utter lack of management responsibility, coordination and overall POOR communication.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

KnowledgeLake has taken the focus off of their employees, which in their own words, is a key component to achieving their bottom line and early success. Too many Chiefs, now where near enough Indians.

    Negative Outlook
