Current Employee – been working at Kohl's part-time for less than a year

Pros – Likely to hire if you apply

Cons – Weird hours, hard work and low pay, hardly ever schedule enough people

Advice to Senior Management – Care about your employees! We have lives outside of work and would like to have enough hours scheduled inbetween to sleep! It's nice to have all breaks working an overnight as well. It's also nice not to be FORCED to work nearly 12 hours overnight and be too sleepy to drive.
