    Pros

Get hours from associtates giving away hours
    Get paid every weekly
    Gain experience and thats it.

    Cons

Under 10 hours a week.Sometimes 6 hours a week. Little pay. Associates hours to give away is not always available. Cannot live on part time minimum wage of $7.25 to raise a family and pay bills. Pays enough to live like a bum.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Increase minimum wage.

    I worked at Kohl's part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Time and a half on holidays. Food on holidays. Rewards for getting "credits"

    Cons

Expect you to do large impossible amounts of work on your own. Not enough people scheduled to work on a daily basis. Managers don't really listen to what you have to say and expect you to do everything to make the stores look nice. You have to give the customer any price they want even if its way cheaper. All the managers care about is getting "credits"!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees before you lose them all! Their opinions matter.
