Current Employee – been working at Kohl's

Pros – It is a good place to work if you dont mind working really hard, the pay is pretty decent and they're not going out of business in this economic time.

Cons – You have to be willing to work extremely hard here, as well as it doesn't matter how well you do the day before, only on the current day. Expectations HIGH! Doesn't reward well, punishments harsh.

Advice to Senior Management – Try to give more rewards for good work, dont expect people to stay late if they dont want to, lower the work load to help with customer service
