Pros

the benefits at kohls is very good.

Cons

No communication, not enough help to run the store management needs to help in frieght and running the floor instead of setting in the office all day, need better person to run the secdule for people to work and kohls needs to teach their management that they cannot retailate against the employees and a better way for the company to listen to the employees so they can get better management in their stores and they need to look into promoting inside the store instead of always going outside and finding people off the streets to do the job that others are already doing.

Advice to Senior Management

Grow up it is not all about you, and if you dont like your job then get a new one and dont take your frustrations off on the employees.
