Not enough hrs to complete workload.No balance between homelife and work .Very credit driven credit,credit, credit , Need to get back to basics and customer service no real raises for management but can buy corp jet and purchase hundreds stores in Cal.Give you a occurence if you have a funeral or weather is bad.

Advice to Senior Management

get off your high horse and start taking care of your people instead of worrying about food for partys and credit .
