“Awesome working culture, very nice people, lots to learn”
Current Employee – been working at Kohler full-time for less than a year
Pros – People are very knowledgeable & experienced and help a lot. Learning & Growth is exceptional. Operators are highly experienced with 30+ years of experience each.
Cons – Salary is lower than most other competitors. Very vertical structure till you reach management positions and then very horizontal which makes going up the ladder a very long process
Advice to Senior Management – Need to pay more competitively to keep engineers at Kohler
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
