“Nice place to visit but I wouldn't want to work there...”
I worked at Kohler full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Good associates, beautiful facilities, best intentions. Great public / customer rapport. Nicely located and lots of golf and beaches near there.
Cons – Less than ideal development process, don't always achieve the best end result. Really have an excellent impression until you start to peel the onion. I've seen more nervous wrecks in this place than anywhere I've worked. Very high turn over of the good ones.
Advice to Senior Management – Quit and rehire the good ones, lol.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
