    It's a great place to work. People are very nice and always helpful. They have one of the best health care benefits for their employees.

    Good Product lineup and solutions.

    Cons

    Management is new ,not organized and has little to no plan for the future. The pay plan is poor at best and most current customers are given to non-performers to prop up their numbers. Sales team is not trained in prospecting and basic selling skills.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Have a plan for your sales team.
    Move forward with under performing sales team members.
    Get new managers from the outside.
    Give everyone a chance.
