Pros

Great health benefits and matching 401K. Leading edge technology with industry award winning product line. CRM is being customized to better manage customer base and prospects.

Cons

Commission pay out averages out to be 2% of revenue. Very difficult to make a living. Quotas continue to increase as revenue per deal shrinks due to market pressures, making bonus attainment difficult.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Expect an exodus come April 1 if the new comp plan doesn't change for the better.

    Konica Minolta did win A3 product line of the year and have a solid Production Product
    Nice office, good furniture and nice size cubes
    Financial Sound

    Cons

    Sales Managers take the call in deals from sales reps and reward friends with the business
    Managers don't know the industry and waste time with check up meetings to find out how things are going
    Little to no actual growth outside national account discount business or production printing
    Konica Minolta has a winning A3 product but the market isn't buying at the price points
    Poor Commission program

    Have HR do an audit of the office to check for compliance

    Good opportunity to earn money. Great products and training. The training is excellent for any b2b sales career. Benefits are very good for families.

    Cons

    Very competitive industry and too many sales reps in territory. Larger territories with less competition for big accounts would be helpful.

    Hire great people and let them have opportunities.
