Pros

Stable company that always looks at continous improvement. While there have been issues with the absorption of Danka and the other subsidiaries, we are still headed in the right direction!

Cons

Wish we would truly wipe the "slate clean" with antiquated Policies and Procedures and move forward with a new direction. We need to scrap the old way, and move forward with whatever the new way will be. It would be helpful if local management knew what that was.

Advice to Senior Management

We must make a decision and stick with it. Sometimes, we start in a direction locally, based on decisions from on high, then 3 weeks later, we are changing direction again...
