“For a small(er) company, one of the most well-structured interview and on-boarding experiences I've had.”
I have been working at Kontagent full-time for less than a year
Pros – Serious atmosphere where there's a universal vision to succeed and grow the company. . .all while still having a lot of fun.
Cons – None so far as I'm still fairly new. The company is going through a lot of growth and change so I would say that this environment is not for anyone looking to join a company and get comfortable in a day-to-day routine.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
