Pros

geat products, easy sell, flexible

Cons

company focus seems to be filling poc quota. Had a joke of a dm-clueless, uninspiring and oppressive. Created enviorment of paranoia for her team-which did not help moral level of team. Also not a job for college educated- spend all your time sweating placing product on shelf.

Advice to Management

Do your sales rep recruiting from little debbie parking lot- job is for truck drivers

    Pros

The company has a diverse portfolio of products that are well-known around the world.

    Cons

The company is always looking for short term gains instead of investing to build for long term growth. The budget is always being cut. Real succession planning is very limited, but they do go through the motions.

    Advice to Management

Need to value existing employees and better acknowledge their hard work.

Kraft is catering to shareholders more than employees

    Pros

Work/life balance - ability to work remotely as you see fit. Fitness center, company store. Company wide bonuses and cost of living increases each year for all employees (although amount is determined by overall performance).

    Cons

Kraft is concerned about the bottom line and shareholders. In that way, they seek to cut costs everywhere, and will undervalue, underresource and create aggressive timelines for projects.

They expect employees to pick up the work of multiple people. Kraft employees are being let go in favor of hiring consultants or offshore help which are cheaper to employ. Because of their drive for the bottom line, the employee burn out is at an all time high. People are tired and stressed, and feel locked into their position.

    Advice to Management

Create realistic goals and timelines with the proper amount of funding and people to accomplish them. Stop under valuing our work!
