    Pros

    -Great benefits package
    -20 paid days off/year
    -An hourly pay package which offers the chance of overtime
    -A great learning experience

    Cons

    -Pettiness between employees
    -Tendency by middle management to avoid conflict by deferring their own decisions to upper management.
    -Set in stone "rules" in terms of promotion and hiring apply to some people, not all.

    Advice to Management

    Be open & inclusive; inspire trust; keep it simple; act like owners; lead from the head and the heart, and most of all - tell it like it is! Perhaps this has been suggested in the past?

    Pros

    Great co-workers.
    Lots of job opportunities.
    Room for growth.
    Gain lots of knowledge in position.

    Cons

    Lack of training.
    Only get promotions based on who you know.
    Same people get promoted over and over again.
    Horrible management.
    Too much work load.
    NO work/life balance at all.
