- Great rigour and structure in business practices. The IMC structure in marketing is wonderful in ensuring that the organisation chases the big goals rather than anything that is latest and loudest.
- Commecial orientation of senior management and P&L consciousness at every level. Ensures that marketing stays focussed on business rather than just peripheral song and dance.
- Great place to learn and work on respectable set of brands.
Cons
- Sometime senior managemet gets bogged down in here and now. No great innovations of late. Wary of any changes to current ways of doing business.
- Not present in India.
