I have been working at Kraft Foods full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Good benefits and telecommuting opportunities. On site health club and company store. Plenty of opportunities for project managers.

    Cons

Work/life balance can often be an issue. Sometimes management says one thing but their actions do another. They publicly support work/life balance while continuing to take on heavy workloads that will ensure their staff may not be able to take PTO time or experience a work/life balance that is adequate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't allow "stretch goals" to over stress employees by overloading them with too much work that prevents them from spending time with their families.
