I worked at Kraft Foods full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great benefits (company paid car, trips, etc.), quick promotions, job requirements are clearly defined.

    Cons

Have to stock shelves (I went to college for this?), a lot of travel, politics are crazy, and the management teams are bi-polar in that you may have 3 levels of management telling you different things.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Value the employees you have more and take the time to properly develop and train your newly hired employees.
