Kraft Foods – “Good company to work for if you're in the right group”

Pros
Good company to work for. Good organizational structure and corporate culture. For the most part, really great people to work with and nice office. Also, great company to have on your resume because all of your future employers will have heard of Kraft Foods (or looks good if you're trying to get into an MBA program)
Cons
Some groups are better than others and it's hard to get a job in the "highly desirable" groups because if there is a job posting 20 people will apply for it. Quite a few hiring freezes lately with all of the restructuring so you may get stuck in your group longer than the rotational period of 18 months to 2 years
Advice to Senior Management
Stop with all of the restructuring
