Kraft Foods – “Lengthy Hiring Process”

Pros

With the United States economy getting worse, the food industry seems somewhat stronger than most other types of business out there.

Cons

Management seems nice but I don't know if I trust what they say at this point. It seems to me like they just tell you what they think you want to hear.

Advice to Senior Management

Make the hiring process a "reasonable" length. Offer more promising advantages of the job such as promotions and other rewards within the company.
