It's a stress free job. Wages are acceptable. Management allows room for employees to improvise. Free food. There are plenty of advancement opportunities.
Cons
If you are not the kind of person that likes physical labor, then this job is not for you. This job requires a lot of moving around and lifting.
Advice to Senior Management
Communicate with employees more about their work performance. The faster we learn what the company expects, the faster we can be promoted.
