I worked at Kraft Foods full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Flexible, decent pay, great benefits and perks, fun, fun environment.

Cons

Vanishing from the market...From 11 plants Kraft is down now to 2 and might be even less:( With this trend no room for growth and can be challenging.

Advice to Management

Keep Kraft going - don't chop it apart!

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Kraft Foods full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good life balance and working environment especially before merge with Cadbury. Early and casual Fridays really important for the engagement of the employees

    Cons

Development prospects in local CPOs. In local CPOs the development prospects are gloomy and there is a need to move in headquarters if you want to further proceed.
