Kraft's R&D (GTQ) offers excellent internships for undergrads that allow you to get real experience and take ownership for a critical research project. Very well organized program and great compensation.

Cons

Sometimes they force interns onto people who are really not interested in having an intern work for them. This can be especially frustrating and intimidating to young undergrads who are in their first professional experience.

Advice to Senior Management

More cross-talk between organizations could be particularly beneficial especially in helpfing interns connect and grow their business acumen. Otherwise great.
