I have been working at Kramer Levin

    Pros

The firm (at least in litigation) is a genuine meritocracy. Those who do a good job will get recognized and succeed early on.

    Cons

Cons are those at any large law firm in New York. You will work hard and long hours, but the difference is that here you work with people who are reasonable and nice.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A better job needs to be done to impart the firm culture to new partners, who often are used to the ways of other, less civil firms.
