Store management allows employees to do their jobs without much interference. No micro-managing. Everyone is friendly and cooperative. Pay is good.
Cons
Very little opportunity for advancement.
Advice to Senior Management
Cross-train pharmacy employees to work in other departments, if they want to. Consider promoting pharmacy techs within the store.
