Cons

Middle Management doesn't get the process we are trying to use
No room for moving up
Remote sites are often last to get tech.

Advice to Senior Management

Get your middle management on board with Scrum and Agile, or get them out. You could fly then. Quit looking to follow, be the leader you are.
