Difficult merger

Prosopportunity to make money in the sales organization. challenging management culture through mergers and going private. disconnected if not at corporate office.

ConsNot a good understanding of corporate direction at field level. disconnected if not at corporate office. front line sales management is challenging.

Advice to Senior ManagementFront line sales management is spotty. Looks like transactional buisness but not deep understanding of the SaaS market or selling SaaS soltuions

    2009 massive layoffs badly hurt my perception of Kronos, especially the ham-handed way they were handled
