I worked at Kuehne + Nagel

Pros – Its a good place to get valuable experince, and managment is really good about compromising with giving you time off when needed

Cons – Managment seems lost at times, the regular employess understand operations better than the main people in charge, they do not promote from with in, or when they do promote from with in, is some managment's cousin, or babysitter

Advice to Senior Management – You have good people workng for you, some not so good, recognize the better by work ethic, not just because they used to work with you at some other place.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
