Advice to Senior Management

Cutting costs is important, but must happen in the right place.
Efficiency of processes and tools must be reviewed on a regular basis using a global approach.
Reporting / statistics is partly inefficient due to insufficient resources in HQ.
Hire the right people and - even more important - let go the wrong ones.
Middle management must be better prepared by HR to lead people.
