Former Employee – worked at L-1 Identity Solutions as a contractor for more than 7 years

Pros – None that I can think of

Cons – The Management Team squelch any creative thought -- it's their way or no way.
They leave no room for individual working style, especially since the Safran takeover. Spy computers installed at all work stations, etc. In the end the staff i other offices we reluctant to talk to us and told us that they had to report all calls. So we simply stopped communicating with them (payroll)
