    Pros

Benefits are comparible to other defense contractors.

    Cons

Management style is old school, they speak down to employee's deceitful and lie for their own agenda's, some of the management core are not formally educated, lead by fear tactics, do not like new and creative ideas, management leads by intimidation, abusive language is allowed, they demean and discredit employee's that do not agree with their unethical direction, fire people at will that doesn't agree blindly with their own ideals. I could go on and on about how this company is not a place you want to work. I have never seen an organization that is so mis-managed and is why they have such tremendous turnover. This company is seriously lcking in any sense of true leaders.

  2. Great Experience. Good career starter.

    Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn new things. Management allows Jr guys to become involved in complex projects, which allows them to gain experience and knowledge.

    Cons

Day to day work becomes routine. There are not that many projects, so much of the work is day to day operations and support.

    Advice to Management

Try to provide more incentives for working hard. Try to keep employees engaged by putting them on new and different projects.
