Pros

Paycheck was always on time. Benefits were pretty good and the 401k matching was comparable to that of other employers.

Cons

It would seem that any input that came from the field was not appreciated by those at the corporate level.

    Pros

Great work environment and benefits. Many varying aspects of the job and multiple divisions that gives someone the opportunity to move around and grow with the company.

    Cons

Not really open to new ideas in regard to the full production of the systems. Still maturing as a company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Bring in fresh ideas and allow for the nurturing of those ideas in reality. Listen to the expertise you hire and allow them to make you that much better.

  2.

    Challenging and rewarding
