    Pros

If your stay in the little CLICK ! With a few people that don"t even work 20 hour a week, if your lucky ! This is the place for you . L-3 unidyne,Middletown, rhode Island . They will even lie to a customer to make a certain gain, while not really knowing the real problem.

    Cons

They lost many good people over the years ! Hope they found a decent company out there to work for !

I worked at L-3 Communications full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The office location is nice.

    Cons

The proposal develoment position w/L-3 was my worst job ever, by far. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Very little information flows down from management. The hours were long and 9/80 off Fridays were a joke. There are lots of layoffs. If you are an analyst looking for a job, I would keep looking. There are much better employers in San Diego.

    Advice to Management

Check academic credentials before hiring staff into college graduate + required positions.
