I have been working at L-3 Communications full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

great start for this company, specially the Salt Lake division. small company with a nitch that really cashed in on ISR.

    Cons

Up to now business development was picking up a phone, the lack of experience in development of opportunities is a big risk. Top heavy and nepotism. Something about a Utah culture that lacks innovation and critical thinking.

    Advice to Management

What worked for the past 15 years, will not work for the next. Innovate and promote top talent.
