    Pros

    Explosive growth in certain areas, good employee environment all-around with some added perks. Seems like upper-management cares about all ground-level employees.

    Cons

    There are certain ethical dilemmas working for a Military Supplier that some may not be entirely aligned with. Career path is poorly managed.

    Advice to Management

    Manage up-and-comers to a better degree. There seemed to be a large number of individuals in the same role year after year without seeing much movement.
