Pros

Truly enjoyed interacting with coworkers. Great culture.

Cons

Specific division location (Waco, Tx) leaves for much to be desired. Specific tasks and deadlines were found difficult to achieve due to complications with communication between employees.

Try to improve communication within the office.

    Friendly and knowledgable co-workers. Teamwork is at the forefront of all projects.

    Cons

    Training is not very good. Must use a lot of initiative to figure out systems on your own.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You need to let your people know where they stand instead of just smiling and nodding your head like you are listening. Credit needs to be given to those that are doing more than their share of work. And you need to listen instead of getting upset when someone points out things that are not right.
