I have been working at L-3 Communications full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Health Benefits, Pay & Fringe

Cons

Benefits use to be much better. Large Military Corp; many divisions; all independent companies under one umbrella.it all depends what division and people you work for; your just a cog in the wheel. Moving to other division is close to impossible if contraction occurs.
