Pros

They have nice benefits, good salary, and lots of nice people to work with. Overall being in the office was nice.

Cons

The upper management did not have a good understanding of what was needed to support a productive environment for computer programmers

    Pros

    8 hour job 5 days/week, decent hours for shifts, management is flexible about time off, depending on what area - management is supportive.

    Cons

    Growth of an individual is very limited due to union & function of facility. Low moral. Hard to make improvements on equipment, tests, and overall structure.

    hiring people just because they have a collage degree and don't know anything.

    Cons

    not any room for advancement unless have a collage degree.
