I worked at L-3 Communications full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

They were always able to bid competitively so when other companies lost positions or contracts, L3 was able to retain positions.

    Cons

    Too many to list:

    -No upper movement
    -No benefits.....other than salary
-The folks who can't find a better place stay, those who can leave, do

I was treated poorly due to having advanced degrees and given less than cost of living raises during my time with the company. Bonuses are non-existent and I know of one person who was required to pay for the loss of their free company jacket due to an accidental injury.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
