    Pros

People were nice and did there best to find work after the contract ended, benefits were good. Met some really great people while working on the project.

    Cons

Big company, processes can get cumbersome like any large corporation, communications can be an issue since there are so many levels within the organization.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep the doors open to all employees don't let corporate dictate the comings and goings and forget about the employees that make the company work.

I worked at L-3 Communications as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

The things you can tell people you work on sound interesting.
The pay and benefits are very good.
It's so boring and tedious that you won't actually form memories working here, so it's like working here never actually happened.

    Cons

The things you work on aren't actually interesting.
Very limited team sizes, and little to no communication even within the team.
No mentor provided for summer internship.
Corporation-itis: Everything has massive amounts of paperwork and red tape for every employee, even interns.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO
