    Pros

    High tech big government contractor.

    Cons

Regular employees were nice, but management was very paranoid, with a tendency to wild overreaction. Conflict between weird political correctness and production foisted on employees, who were then blamed for not being able to resolve the conflict.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find out what is really going on. Look beneath the surface.
