I worked at L-3 Communications full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Saw that company would try completely new maintenance procedures to accomplish our mission. The employees pulled together like the professionals they are

Cons

The transition to a vastly larger management team ( 8X), and the switch to a practice that theoretically has work, laid off over 50% of work force upon completion of transition

Recommends
Neutral Outlook
