Recent events in Politics has made it a little bit less stable of a market.
Emotionally, layoff rumors are very hard to handle months on end.

    Pros

    L-3 really knows how to take care of their employees. I had a good experience working for them. benefits were great and the inter-company communication was good as well.

    Cons

    L-3 is a government contracting company, so as government spending goes so goes your job.

    Continue to keep clear open lines of communication to your employees, it helps them feel that they are a part of the company as a whole and that they are heard when they have concerns.

    The pay is higher than average

    The office environment is less than enjoyable and there is little solidarity amongst the employees. Little to no training for a given role is a common complaint.
